Why is the app not updating on Google Play?

April 15th I uploaded another update for my app. It would seem that in 24 hours it should have already appeared on Google Play, but this did not happen. Decided to wait another day, the result has not changed.
Then I wrote to Google support. Unfortunately, I didn't get an answer. The console says that the application is published, but Google Play does not have it. I don't know what's the matter. Guys, please help me to solve this problem. It has been 6 days since this update was downloaded.

APK Files -> CURRENT APK FILE, make sure the version is new and has the status "stable version".
