How to use google translate in your android app?

Good afternoon!
I need to translate text in offline mode in my application, which the user will type on his own.
For this I want to use google translate offline.
Tell me, can I somehow call google translate from my application for these purposes, or vice versa, transfer the printed text to the translator?
