Why is the admin panel not working in ModX?

Installed MODX Revolution 2.4.3-pl, no errors, not the first time. PHP 5.5 hosted by Majordomo.
I go to the admin panel, there is "undefined" and not a single page works, except for the main one. There is also no left menu. Screenshot attached:

You need to look at the browser line. It may very well be that there is not (is) www, but it should (should not be). And the legs grow because of RewriteEngine Off in the Manager directory
