Hello. The site has a miniShop2 plugin. When placing an order, a new user is registered in the system. What class is responsible for this?

Why am I asking this. If the client did not specify an email, then during registration, the client's name is substituted in the email, that is, the mail can be such as "Alexey [email protected]". I want to change this behavior so that instead of a name, an empty email would look like “[email protected]”.
