Why is the admin panel displayed incorrectly?

I rolled back the site and after that the admin panel changed a lot

Complains about the lack of photos of these files:
media/jui/fonts/IcoMoon.woff
media/jui/fonts/IcoMoon.ttf
As I understand it, these are fonts, but the files are in place I figured it out
, maybe it will come in handy for someone - when transferring to hosting, the case of all files changed to lower

You seem to have lost the language file of the admin panel. Look for it in administrator/languages/language/
