How to make a link module in Joomla 3?

I'm making a site on Joomla 3, I need to add social icons.
I made it up, instead of links I put a stub with anchor #, but the site needs to be handed over to the customer.
How to make a module so that you can simply write a link in it and it will replace the anchor with a link?
I can't find any solution. Seems like a simple problem.

Module html code? what prevents you from opening it with an editor and placing links in words?
