Why is the address not being transferred from Boxberry to VirtueMart?

Good afternoon!
Joomla has VirtueMart installed and the Boxberry plugin is attached to delivery methods. After selecting the pickup point, the address is not transmitted anywhere else, that is, in VirtueMart, the pickup point line is empty, as if the pickup point was not selected.

What could be the reason? I've been struggling with this problem for a week now!
Thanks in advance! I can pay for a working advice, I really need to solve this issue
