Why is the 3des encryption algorithm not saved in outlook settings?

3des encryption algorithm is not saved in outlook settings. Microsoft Office 2019 mail client.

Probably because it is no longer supported. Who needs it and why now? It is still considered sufficiently crypto-resistant, but is already being withdrawn from circulation.
