Why is telegram bot not sending messages on hook?

There is a site, on a virtual hosting, with an ssl certificate. This morning everything worked and the bot regularly sent me messages from the telegram. Now it refuses to send. The current token is registered wherever necessary, and the address is available (for the test, I sent a post request via curl from a neighboring controller, it works, I also sent it from hurt.it and it also works). The webhook is set up correctly, and I've already changed the token several times, nothing. I refuse to understand what's going on. I really need help.

After replacing the token, the webhook must be reinstalled. You don't forget to do it, do you?
And secondly, if for some reason the bot returned a code other than 200 (for example, 500 error), then Telegram stops sending requests to the bot by url and you need to fix the error in the code + re-register the webhook with a new token.
