Why is task manager not displaying data correctly?

After reinstalling the system, I noticed strange brakes, and ran into a data mismatch in the task manager.
The dispatcher says that the processor is loaded at 100%, but there are simply no processes that heavily load the processor.

Do not prompt with what it can be connected?

The problem disappeared after changing hardware.
