Hello. Why is the SVG sprite not displayed in Chrome and Opera browsers when viewed locally. If you upload the site to hosting or raise the server locally, then everything is ok.

Accessing svg via xlink:href requires HTTP, does not work locally. Unless you embed the svg inline.
