Why is SublimeREPL not responding to input?

Good day!
I'm learning sublime and now I met a problem.
Firstly, the SublimeREPL plugin does not allow clearing the "console window" with os.system('clear'), giving the message "TERM environment variable not set."
But it's not that important. Console window not responding to ??keyboard input??

Everything is clear with the input, I accidentally forgot to put python3 in the settings
