Why is style.css corrupted in wordpress?

I made layout on gulp/sass, minified css everything works correctly.
I integrated the layout on wordpress with the help of Underscores, worked a little and see some styles do not work, then I go to style.cssvia ftp and see this. And it looks different in different editors. In what there can be a problem?

Perhaps the problem is in the source encoding, check that all files are in UTF-8 without BOM
