Why is SSD not showing up in BIOS?

On Asus Z97-P, install SSD via M.2, SSD Transcend MTE110S. I installed Windows on the SSD from a flash drive, in addition to the SSD, there are two more hard drives, one of them has 10. The problem is that in the BIOS the SSD is not displayed as bootable, although if you load Windows from the hard drive, it is quietly displayed in Windows. But I can't select it as bootable.

You have an NVMe SSD, and the BIOS most likely does not support booting from NVMe drives. There are 2 options here: change the motherboard, or patch and flash the BIOS for this one, adding support for NVMe boot. On my asrock z77 pro3 a few months ago I went the second way, all is well )))

In the bios, look for the item boot from pci-e devices, and enable it, one way or another.
