Why is Sketch stupid?

I recently bought a laptop and there is concern that it will not master Adobe Illustrator and AfterEffects. For example, I use Sketch and often notice such nonsense (screen).

But, I want to note that the computer does not freeze and the program does not. There are no freezes, but this happens as in the screenshot and until I change the magnification to full screen, these traces do not disappear. Is this the fault of the PC or the program?

and the sketch at the shaft is a pirate or what? which version? the icon is not the same.
Illustrator and sketch should work fine on your system.

Sketch of the second version, the latest is 3.3.3
I also sometimes see this, but only in large files with a bunch of objects, this is a problem of Sketch itself, not the system.
