This is Linux. but cheto strains recently that when you do not start long-playing operations - all the rules. and when not, then the inscription "the place is running out. empty the basket"

The problem is solved simply:
Go to "about:config" and reset the "devtools.responsiveUI.presets" parameter, and then restart the browser.
