Why does phpstorm say off instead of a green tick in scripts.min.js?

Hello! I started to study phpstorm and various questions arise (maybe not critical), but I want to know. I compile files using galp and for some reason everywhere (style.css, style.scss, scripts.js) there are green checkmarks at the top right, and in the scripts.min.js file it says off ? What does this even mean: these checkmarks and off?
