How to disable adding an empty line at the end of a PhpStorm file?

Can you please tell me how to disable the automatic addition of an empty line at the end of the file in PhpStorm when saving. Reproduced exactly on php files. PhpStorm 7.1.2

Go to Settings->Editor. At the bottom there is Ensure line feed at file end on Save.

I don't have it in 7.1.3. In turn, I would like to know how to enable this option.
