Why is react-hot-loader not working correctly?

installed react-hot-loader , but when the code in the file (for example .css ) is changed, the data from the page is cleared (in the form, in the table, etc.), but there is no page reload. As far as I understand it should not be so, what could be the reasons for this problem?
