Why is product short description not working in woocommerce?

Good day. I have the woocommerce module installed on my site. As soon as I started uploading products, it turned out that everything works in the usual product description, but when I enter the text in the short description of the product and press the "update" button, nothing is saved or updated. Updated and the short description is empty again. Help solve the problem, a brief description is very necessary.
