Why is PPTP on Mikrotik unavailable from the local network?

In system administration, recently, I raised the pptpd server on Mikrotik, everything starts BUT: The
provider via DHCP issues the address 10.85.13.66
PPTP client issues the external IP 91.206.50.50
IP address of the local interface 192.168.1.1
So remotely pptp works if you connect to the external IP 91.206. 50.50.
but I need to connect to it to the address 10.85.13.66 through the other end of the city on the local grid of the city and pull the Internet 91.206.50.50 out of it.
The router is not visible at www 10.85.13.66 but the pings go through.
And from the external 91.206.50.50 the norms are connected.
What to do what routes to prescribe? I have only 1 route registered so that local requests are sent to the grid and not the Internet.
dst address 10.0.0.0/8 gateway 10.85.13.1

At the second end, the address is also from the 10th network?
Probably, inter-client traffic is blocked at the provider so that clients do not pull traffic within the city for free, including so that the Internet is not pulled from one pptp to several points.
