When you try to scroll, the bar "flies" from somewhere above, then disappears. The scroll also disappears.
When I try to scroll, it "throws" me back to the top of the window.
How to overcome:
1. Bug with position: fixed; by frame?
2. A bug with a "flying" scroll to the top?

Add-on font size. Either in the browser or in the OS. For example, in Windows, you can adjust the scale or enable the mode for the visually impaired, or simply adjust the large font.
