Why is PhpStorm not downloading php files correctly?
On a new computer, for some reason, PhpStorm downloads php files, converting them to xml for some reason. I do not understand what's the matter, for the first time I encounter. Instead of the usual php file, it downloads xml. Though on ftp everything sees normally. And with other files, too, everything is ok. What is the problem?
Version 2017.3.4
