Why is page scrolling not working on mobile devices?

Hello, when developing the site, I tested adaptability on the iPhone, everything works fine on it, but later it turned out that page scrolling does not work on android devices. I don't really know what the problem could be.

Apparently the problem is in the plugin responsible for the scroll.
PS The site is terribly slow, a lot of plugins are hung. Tin)
