Why is only one category displayed in Wordpress?

Only one category is displayed in the side menu, but I have a lot of them. How can I display all the items?

Judging by the screenshot, only the category that has published posts is displayed. As soon as entries appear in other headings, they should also be displayed.

I think it's worth checking out the Appearance -> Widgets section.
If "Navigation" is a menu widget, then either replace it with the "Categories" widget, or go to the Appearance -> Menu section and add the necessary items to the menu specified in the widget.
