Why is obscure code added to the end of links?

Faced such a phenomenon - when you click on the normal link site.com/page when loading the page, a different code is added all the time to the end of the link site.com/page/#.UycIlS3QmUk
It appears on different CMS and hosting.

Problem solved, this renders the addthis code to add tracking.

I checked on win7 / opera - nothing was added.
