I made a file sharing service for myself, it works on laravel, it is on apache2, the Internet channel to which 1 gigabit is connected, but for some reason, when uploading files, the emphasis is on 100 megabits, when I do a speedtest, the speed is above 900 megabits, is there somewhere in apache2 or somewhere else is there a restriction on the use of the Internet channel?

Speedtest lies, providers tune routers for speedtest. The difference between 1 file and 100 is significant.
