Why is Nvidia Inspector/ MSI Afterburner crashing?

Hello everyone, I bought a gtx 780 (boo). It works great, but the only problem is when I try to change the frequency parameters in msi Afterburner or nvidia Inspector, the PC starts to lag terribly, as if the Miner on the processor has started. Only reboot helps. Windows is new, today I just assembled the computer. Does anyone have experience with this and know how to fix it?
