Why is no makefile generated during ffmpeg build?

Guys help me, I killed all night and I can’t put ffmpgeg-php 0.6.0 on Centos 6 in any way. During the creation of the makefile, it gives the following error:

[root@bobo ffmpeg-php-0.6.0]# ./configure
[root@bobo ffmpeg-php-0.6.0]# phpize

There is a better alternative https://github.com/PHP-FFMpeg/PHP-FFMpeg
This is not an extension but a wrapper.
