Why is nginx being cut down and the domain is only shown from www to Vestacp?

Put VestaCP, add 4 domains. Everywhere the SSL certificate has become excellent, but on one of the domains, another first domain opens and the certificate is not installed.

On it https://domen.ru/ - a folder of another domain is opened, if I write from www https://www.domen.ru/ then the desired site opens, the letsencrypt certificate is not installed when I try again, it gives the error "Error: Let's Encrypt validation status", the option that is written on the network does not work, it is recommended to find it in the "v-add-letsencrypt-domain" file:

well_known="$HOMEDIR/$user/web/$rdomain/public_html/.well-known"

There are no such lines in this file.

Well, NGINX just turns off, turn it on, after 5-10 it cuts out ... In short, tryndets is simple. Can anyone come across this? where can I see the NGINX logs, why does it crash?
