Why is mysql server not stopping?

Go
to cd /etc/init.d/
Stop
mysqld stop
150629 22:17:14 [ERROR] Plugin 'InnoDB' registration as a STORAGE ENGINE failed.
mysqld: Too many arguments (first extra is 'restart').
Use --verbose --help to get a list of available options
150629 22:17:14 [ERROR] Aborting
150629 22:17:14 [Note] mysqld: Shutdown complete
what is this ERROR?
Sites are available, so the server is not stopped?

Go
to cd /etc/init.d/
Stop
mysqld stop

It's brutal. I wonder from what depths of the subconscious you generally took such an idea.
Not /etc/init.d/mysqld stop like in any old books, but with cd.
But, in general, you did not specify which distribution kit, depending on the distribution kit, there may be different init systems and different command options.
