Where to get or how to build boost 1.51.0 deb package for ubuntu 12.04?

Actually the question is in the title.
Since boost has its own build system, and all the manuals I found for building deb packages are focused on configure && make && make install, I couldn't build something similar to the package myself.

Take debianization from Ubuntu 1.48 boost, drop it into 1.51 and try to do a debuild.
1.48 is already in the presize, is there something missing in it?
