Why is my transaction with 1 input and 2 outputs large?

Hello. In bitcoin, each input is approximately 148 bytes and each output is approximately 34 bytes. From this it follows that a normal transaction that consists of 1 input 1 output and change (1 output) should take about 148+34+34+10 (add by the system for something) = 226 bytes.
And here is my situation (I use an electrum wallet): https://prnt.sc/i9j6bl
As you can see, the size is much larger than it should have been. What can be wrong?

You still have change as an exit is counted, so count it as 1 entrance and 2 exits
