Is possession of login data considered a crime?

Let's say one way or another, a file with passwords for entering any wallets / exchange sites, etc. got on my laptop. where is the money kept?

Depends on where you got this information. If drugs are found in your home, even if you did nothing wrong, it's still a crime.
