Why is my laptop rattling?

The other day I bought an Asus N76VB laptop. Everything seems to be ok, but there are some points, namely:
1. When I download several gigabyte files through the browser and simultaneously listen to music through the same browser, the music starts to wheeze!
2. When I just listen to music through the same aimp, and I put the sound above average, rattling and groaning begin.
3. At first, when I turned on the laptop, it worked almost without noise, but now it feels like a barely noticeable rattle is coming from somewhere.
I would be very grateful for advice, because I'm more and more inclined to take the laptop back to the store.

Most likely a defective hard drive.

"begins rattling and wheezing" is it in the earpiece?
And about 3 points is a hard drive
