Why is mongodb not working on heroku?

Hello, tell me, please, what could be the reason?
On the local server, I connect to the database on mongolab.com , everything works fine. The project was uploaded to heroku.com as a result, an empty page is displayed (the page code is empty), no errors are written.
If you disconnect the database from the site, then it works fine. I connected this database both through the plugin and through another acc.
And tell me more, are there any other free hostings with mongodb database?

It's hard to pinpoint your problem right off the bat.
Try looking at your app's logs on heroku:
heroku logs
