Why is Mikrotik swearing?

All good! I have Mikrotik, several PCs are connected to it via lan.
Everything was ok, but now in the logs there is this message:

ether4-bridge excessive or late collision, link duplex mismatch?

Everything seems to work, but I'm still worried about this error

These are problems with auto-negotiation of the connection speed.
Check the cable on this port and the "aliveness" of the network card on the other end.
You can disable auto-detection of the port speed and set the speed manually, the screen below
