Why is memory not working on the ibm server?

Good day to all who look. There is a server, ibm x3250 4252. In the Xeon x3430 build, IBM 94Y7718 motherboard, 2x2GB udimm (1 and 4 slots, i.e. 1 channel). When I wanted to add an operative, an unpleasant truth surfaced. 2 and 3 memory channels are dead, I thought it was the memory controller in the processor. I changed it to a known live x3440 processor, absolutely the same problem. While only native 2GB udimm sticks work in channel 1, if you plug 4GB rdimm in there, it won't start. Please do not hit hard if the problem is obvious, help make sure the patient is correctly diagnosed, or indicate how to fix it

Invalid RAM slot?
if peretyk from 1 - 4 to 2-3 does not give anything - what do you want?
versions - from swollen conders to cracks in the electrolyte, but you have to accept as is and look for a specialist with a soldering iron
