Why is ldap_set_rebind_proc undefined if OpenServer extension=php_ldap.dll is uncommented?

An error is thrown by Call to undefined function ldap_set_rebind_proc(). As far as Google says - the problem is not solved on Windows except to recompile php. Who has already solved a similar problem, share your php or solution please.
