Why is Kali Linux so buggy?

I have a sooo powerful PC that pulls all modern games with a bang about the word glitch, I forgot a long time ago, just recently. In general, I installed kali linux 2.0 on a 16 GB TOSHIBA USB. In general, during any operation, I'm already tired of being buggy, so help me. Hangs just horror.

You answered your own question
Put on a normal disk and the glitches will be gone. Or use a normal fast flash drive with USB3.0
