Why is jailbreak not installed on ios 7.0.4?

IPad 3 device. Laptop on windows 8. I start evasion, do everything according to the instructions, after the item "Unlock the device and click on the Evasion icon" the ipad reboots, on the laptop in the program window the download line almost reaches the end, and the window closes. There is no "Done" button or error message, the window just closes. The iPad works great after that, but the same Evasion icon remains on the desktop (on the iPad). When you open it, nothing happens, just a white window that can be minimized and turned off. What is the problem?

You have installed an over the air update. Reinstall via cable recovery and jailbreak

I don’t know if your case, but in order for everything to work, you need 7.0.4 flashed through itunes, if you upgraded to 7.0.4 by air, then you need to make a restore through itunes and then try again

A couple of days ago I updated my iPad Air to 7.0.4 by air and made a jailbreak. Everything went great the first time, no data was lost.
