Why is it not unloaded from 1C to an XML file?

Hello. I'm trying to unload from 1C to XML, first all the goods are processed, then such an error. As a result, the file is not created. What could be the problem? Thank you.

They wrote to you in black and white that there was an error in the 65th line of your processing.
Fix it and it will work :)
Thinking out loud : since an error pops up when setting a new attribute to an xml tag, either the attribute name does not satisfy the naming conventions, or the value is of an unsupported type. You need to debug the code to understand...
