How to fix search by part of a string in 1C UT 11?

Tell me, please, there is a server 1C UT 11. Everything worked well, they transferred it to another server and the search for part of the string stopped working. I searched for information and the main thing they say is to recreate the full-text search index.

Tried and delete, and update, and recreate several times. I changed the size limit, deleted it, increased it, left it at the standard 1 MB - it does not help. Exact match search works, partial string search does not. However, it highlights the result in a different color, for example, in the list of customer order documents, but there is no selection, as it was before, when only results with the desired value remain in the list. Also, if you search for some of the characters, it shows everything, including where the search is not.

Tell me, please, what other ways can there be to solve the problem?
