Why is it not logging into Github Packages?

I decided to move from npmjs to github packages, but a funny story happened that baffled me. I logged in, showed a message that I'm logged in, but... I'm not logged in! What have I done wrong?
If anything, the token is correct and working, I entered my token in the password field (as required by the dock, or I didn’t understand something)
UPD: instead of adduser I also tried login, the same thing.
