Why does the head of the enterprise in each paper document put his squiggle with a pen, but in an electronic case he cannot use his personal qualified ES? Moreover, why should a manager keep a zoo of signatures: one for the Federal Tax Service, another for purchases, a third for scratching his back, etc.? Who is comfortable?
