It's not an error, it's just that there is no change in the repository since the last check (sudo apt update) so it ignores it.

Have you tried accessing the Google repository via a browser? It is no more, error 404. Actually, for this reason, it is ignored. How to fix: remove this rap from the list, add a working one.
