I can’t start installing the OS (Centos 7), none, I spent the whole day trying to find answers in Google, nothing helped, I will be glad and grateful for any help, the error screen is below:

No IPMI simply means no IPMI. This is unpleasant, because the meaning of the server platform is lost to a certain extent, but it's not terrible.
And the problem you have in the video mode, as always. The installer tries to drive the card into an unsupported video mode, it is cured by passing a certain parameter to the kernel, but now I won’t tell you which one from memory.
