The other day they sent a C-log video.
Immediately, that in the player, that in the premiere, there was no picture, only sound.

Updated codecs, the player began to see video and sound.
But in the premiere, it is still green and only sound is heard.

When changing the format from MP4 to avi, replacing the format name manually, the video became visible in Premiere, but the sound disappeared and only loud noises were heard.

How to fix?

it is worth trying to recode with ffmpeg, changing the pixel format somewhere to yuv420
