Why is IP geolocation incorrectly determined?

I bought a subnet from country-1, after the purchase in RIPE I made changes to the country, duplicated the country, city in the address. The Russian service ipgeobase correctly determines the IP, but in foreign services it highlights country-1. Where do I go to correct the information about the geolocation of IP addresses?
