Why is incoming mail not coming?

Hello! Tell me, I'm trying to send a letter to the mail, in the logs of the mail server on which the mailbox is located, where I send the letter, I see these errors:

Feb 1 15:31:05 server postfix/smtpd[11997]: connect from forward3o.cmail.yandex.net[37.9.109.247]
Feb 1 15:31:05 server postfix/smtpd[11997]: warning: SASL: Connect to private/auth failed: No such file or directory
Feb 1 15:31:05 server postfix/smtpd[11997]: fatal: no SASL authentication mechanisms

As far as I understand, the Yandex mail server is trying to connect to my server, but due to the lack of any SASL authentication mechanisms, the letter does not arrive.
How to solve this problem?
